share, and combine information more easily - Vlog--is similar to an ordinary blog, but uses video rather than text
- VLE--(Virtual learning environment) software which allows teachers to track students’
progress, manage course content etc. - VoIP--Free internet telephone calls, often with video or shared desktop facilities; the
market leader is Skype (http://www.skype.com/) - Static content web sites--Documents or multi-media made available for download
- RSS (really simple syndication)--RSS allows you to subscribe and read news from your
favourite websites, without having to visit each site - Social bookmarking sites--way to store, classify, share and search links through the practice of folksonomy techniques on the Internet or Intranet.
